FAQs

  • What's in the boxes? We carefully handpick items that revolve around the current month's theme. We include a mixture of full-sized and sample sized products, which may include candles, melts, soaps, accessories, and more!
  • What's so special about your boxes? We think our boxes are a bit unique for a number of reasons. For one, the products are 100% curated - we don't include any companies in our boxes that we have not tried & recommend ourselves. We also purchase the majority of the products for our boxes, making us extremely selective.
  • When will I get my box? All boxes are shipped out on the first Monday and Tuesday of each month, with some occasional exceptions. If you order after the posted deadline date for a particular month, you will receive the following month's box.
  • How do I cancel? You are able to cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Once canceled, you will still receive any remaining boxes left on your subscription. If you purchased a single box, you will have to cancel before the 15th of the month before you are expected to receive your box. (For example, in order to cancel your March box, you must request your cancellation by February 15th.)
  • Am I able to gift a box? Absolutely! When checking out, check the box that indicates that your purchase is a gift. We'll create an account for the receipient and they will be able to login to manage their gift. If you would prefer to include a gift message, type that information in the notes section at checkout. We will include a handwritten message from you to them at no extra charge!
